Pinger develops consumer and business communication apps across IOS, Android & Web serving millions of monthly active users.

Lead design across 3 different products including TextFree, Sideline, and Index for IOS, Android, and Web.
Conduct competitive analysis, develop user flows, and build high-fidelity prototypes to validate solutions to customer problems.
Work with in-house UX researcher to better understand user needs and wants and iterate on solutions.

Airology is a consumer electronics startup in the air purifier niche. They are on a mission to make clean air more accessible to everyone.

Analyzed the competitive landscape to better understand key opportunities and user feedback.
Conducted user research, developed personas, empathy maps, journeys maps, and user flows.
Developed standardized design system and designed the consumer facing website as well as the mobile app to control the purifier.
